French 75


Here I come again with a new exciting Cocktail recipe.

Ingredients:
60ml Gin or Cognac
40ml Lemon juice
Chilled Champagne or Sparkling wine

Garnish:
Lemon Peel long

Glass:
Champagne Flute glass

This recipe yields 2 servings.

To prepare the drink:
  • Add all the ingredients except Champagne to the shaker. Fill it with ice cubes and shake well.

  • Strain it equally among the glasses and top up with Champagne or Sparkling wine. Garnish with the lemons long peel.


  NOTE:
  •    Champagne or Sparkling wine used for this cocktail should be chilled.

Daiquiri Cocktail


Friends it’s summer, time for another cocktail recipe. Lets head straight towards the recipe.

Ingredients:

120ml Dark rum
60ml Fresh Lemon juice

  • Simple Syrup is nothing but 1part Sugar: 1part Water boil it nicely, your simple syrup is ready. Cool it and store in fridge for future use. 

Garnish:
Lemon wedge ring

Glass:

Martini Glass / Wine Glass

This recipe yields 2 serving only.

To prepare the drink:

  • Add all the above-mentioned ingredients into the shaker. Fill it with ice cubes and shake well. 

  • Strain into a glass and garnish with lemon wedge ring.





NOTE:

  • Simple syrup used should be cold or it will spoil the cocktail. Its best to be made in advance and stored in fridge.
  • You can always double the quantity per glass to be served.

Chili Mastani



Here Im back with a long awaiting drink, which can be turned, easily into cocktail or mocktail.

This drink is sure to give you a high kick…….so lets begin with our recipe.

Ingredients:
Slit open green chillies with seeds (depends on your bravery)
½ tspn Black salt
2 Fresh lemon juice
100ml Orange juice
60ml Vodka (Optional for mocktail drinkers)

Garnish:
Lemon wedge ring and slit open green chilly deseeded.

Preparing the glass:

  • In a shallow plate mix 2 tspn black pepper powder, 2 tspn salt and 1 tspn sugar.
  • Rub the rim of the flute glass with juicy side of the lemon wedge.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in the above-prepared mixture to coat it evenly.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes and set it aside. I like to keep the glasses in the refrigerator.

To prepare the drink:

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice and all the above-mentioned ingredients to the shaker. Fill it with ice. Shake nicely and strain into prepared glass.
  • Garnish with lemon wedge ring and fresh slit green chilly.


NOTE:

  • Adjust the spice level as per your liking.
  • Becareful when feeding this drink to your European friends, coz they are not used to spiciness.

Beer- ITA

BEER- ITA

Whats Beer- ITA?
Its nothing but a simple cross between Beer, tequila and lemon juice :-) 
Also know as "Beer Margaritas".  

Its one of the best summer party cocktail drink to make you stand out of the crowd with a pride, don't believe me; just wait until you make and try this wonderful cocktail......


So friends lets get started to make you first Beer- ITA's  recipe for that we will need the following items:

500ml Beer of your choice
2 fresh Lemon Juice
100ml Orange juice
100ml Tequila

Now lets start preparing the glass:

  • In a shallow plate mix 2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon red chilly powder.

  • Rub the rim of the wine glass with lemon wedge.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in the salt, sugar, chilly mixture to coat it evenly.

  • Now you can fill the glass with ice cubes and set it aside. I like to pop the glasses in the refrigerator.
Lets prepare the Cocktail:
  • In a large pitcher add Beer + Lime Juice + Orange juice + Tequila and stir together.
  • Pour into the glass till it comes just below the spiced rim.
Voila!!!! your Beer- ITA's are ready to be enjoyed. Pure bliss on a warm sunny day......

This recipe yields 2 servings.



NOTE:
  • If you run out of Tequila you can always add Kaju Fenny, White Vodka. You can always experiment with your cocktails.
